3. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery Time: 4–7 working days (may vary by location).

• Free shipping is available on all Pan India orders above ₹499.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items.

• Unboxing video is compulsory to claim a return/refund.

• If the package is opened, returns will not be accepted.

• In case of a valid return, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

• Refunds will be processed only after verification of the returned product.
